WHAT IS POLYESTER YARN?
It is a synthetic (fully artificial) yarn type made of polyester fiber. In polyester production, solid thermoplastic polymer material, which is a petroleum derivative, is fed into an extruder used for melting and becomes liquid/fluid with the effect of temperature here. Subsequently, this molten material is fed into the nozzle package with the help of a pump and is drawn from the nozzles in the form of filament wires. The filaments drawn from the nozzles at the desired fineness are then joined in such a way that they solidify and do not stick to each other, and are twisted into bobbins in the form of yarns consisting of numerous filament fibers.
